Stoneham, MA, March 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Are you planning to remodel instead of moving? The “Planning a Successful Remodeling Project” Seminar will equip you to plan, manage, and complete a remodeling project with confidence.
The “Planning a Successful Remodeling Project” seminars will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 6:30 PM and Saturday April 2, 2011, 10:00-11:30am at Doucet Remodeling & Design, Inc., One Central Street, Stoneham.
“Homeowners tell us that enhancing the beauty and value of their home are key motivations for remodeling. Yet they have many questions when starting out and are eager to know what it takes to plan, budget, design and build a successful remodeling project,” said Stephen Doucet, President of Doucet Remodeling & Design, Inc.
A 1-1/2 hour long interactive presentation and discussion on the budgets, design and construction phases will include hands-on experience with new materials and examples of how great ideas come to life. Then time will be devoted to answering homeowners’ questions about their particular needs and visions.
Topics range from important steps to take in the pre-design phase, what to include in the contract, how to manage time and budget priorities, how to work with the project leader and consultants, and how to conduct business throughout the project.
Stephen and Cathy Doucet, along with their architectural designer will lead the workshop. To reserve a seat for the free seminar, call 781-438-6225. Seating is limited. Therefore, advance registration is recommended.
Doucet Remodeling & Design, Inc. has been remodeling homes since 1987. The company is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and American Society of Interior Designers.
