Practice Development Pro Phyllis Haserot Embraces STAR Workplaces
Phyllis Weiss Haserot, the President and founder of Practice Development Counsel has become an official Workplace Stars Service Partner.
Huntington, NY, March 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- She initially became involved with Workplace Stars when founder Bob Ebers heard her speak last April at the Workplace Excellence 2010 Conference sponsored by Organization Development Network Long Island. Bob Ebers says of Haserot “Phyllis is a consummate presenter and workplace expert. Her sage advice on overcoming the many challenges of intergeneralizational workplace issues wisely informs managers about how to achieve high performance and workplace excellence by tapping into generational diversity.” She felt that the concept of Workplace Stars aligned well with her work and her business mission. Haserot says of Workplace Stars that it “tries to make the intitial steps to improving organizational effectiveness and excellence easy and less threatening. I see using the Workplace Excellence Audit as a complement to the personal behavioral style assessments I have been using for several years for management, sales and workplace relationship improvement.”
Haserot has been dubbed by business associates and colleagues as “the cross-generational voice” because of her aptness to identify with people from 3 different generations that exist in today’s workplaces (Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y/ Millenials). She regularly blogs to offer insights and solutions to the conflicts that can be created by inter-generational challenges within the workplace. Haserot has said that the Workplace Stars Audit method sets forth a path for top-tier professionalism because it “produces an accurate data-based snapshot of the factors hindering the highest service quality, engagement, as well as satisfaction and productivity, which eliminates some denial and provides clients with a less threatening approach to change.”
