EXIM Strategies Becomes a Class 'C' Texas Corporation

Dallas, TX, March 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- EXIM (Export-Import) Strategies is a fast growing international trade company. In March 2011, they successfully upgraded from an LLC to a Class 'C' Texas Corporation.

There are two predominate types of corporations, Class 'S' for small business and Class 'C' for larger entities. The final filing with the State of Texas has been approved and EXIM Strategies has become a Class 'C' corporation.

This provides a great opportunity for their domestic clients, international buyers and their employees. With this upgrade, EXIM Strategies will begin offering stock options to the employees for profit sharing purposes.

While it is not a necessity to obtain the full fledged Class 'C' status, it was in the best interest of their growth strategy to accomplish this.
