New CipherPoint Release Provides Transparent Encryption and Content Security for SharePoint 2010 and 2007
Round Rock, TX, March 17, 2011 --(PR.com)-- CipherPoint Software today announced the immediate availability of CipherPointSP and CipherPointSP Enterprise for SharePoint 2010. By providing support for both SharePoint 2007 and 2010, CipherPoint's solutions now address compliance and security concerns irrespective of the version of SharePoint deployed at customer sites. Sharepoint administrators, integrators and ISV's can expand the use cases for SharePoint, by delivering new SharePoint 2010-based solutions for regulated or confidential information. In addition, integrators can continue to enhance security of SharePoint 2007 sites by adding CipherPoint's transparent content encryption software. CipherPoint's transparent encryption solutions support encryption of content stored in SQL databases, and in remote BLOB storage.
