Edmonton Area Man Seeks to Educate Families on Finances Through New Website

Edmonton, Canada, March 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Justin Woodruff recently launched a new website aimed at providing families with children the tools they need to better understand the rules of the money game and to give children an early advantage in the field of financial education. Winningyourlife.com, while still in its early stages, offers an introduction to budgeting for families and many other tips through its blog.

When asked why he decided to start his new site, Woodruff notes, “So many families today are getting left behind because they don’t understand the rules. I have a deep concern for those families with children particularly because the same habits will get passed on to them unless we break the chain now. Besides, if I am responsible for a family and I am broke, financially destitute, or just totally financially clueless then chances are my whole family is too.” Is the average American or Canadian family being left behind? Is there a way out of the financial pitfalls many have gotten themselves into? Woodruff would say yes, but the families need to want it.

Budgeting is just one of the tools that is offered. The site will have more features shortly, once Woodruff gets back from an intensive training he is receiving from the top financial gurus of both United States and Canada.

Woodruff notes that WinningYourLife.com was not originally intended solely for family finance but he points out that if your financial house is not in order, it is very difficult for any of the other areas of your life to be in tip top shape either. While money doesn’t buy happiness, poverty certainly doesn’t either. “I want people to win in all areas of their lives, but let’s start with just one for now.”
