KLSS Team Awarded the Nuclear Enterprise Tracking System (NETS)
Fairborn, OH, March 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In support of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) has awarded KLSS, Inc. team the Nuclear Enterprise Tracking System (NETS). Under the award KLSS will demonstrate technologies that can provide enhanced asset management capabilities within the Nuclear Enterprise. These capabilities include unique identification of tracked components, expanded local management and control for nuclear components and materials.
When asked to comment on the award Minda Moore stated, “Our technologies will assist AFGLSC and AFNWC to decrease data input time, increase data reliability, increase security, reduce transcription issues, improve reporting timeliness, and improve command and control throughout the Air Force’s nuclear enterprise.”
With the award, the KLSS team will be able to provide the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center NETS initiative with extensive technical, scientific and SME expertise from experience on likewise programs with the DoD and Commercial projects. This extensive knowledge exists in applications regarding RFID, UID, data system integration and management tools to address innovative solutions.
