Boynton Beach Young Entrepreneurs Charm’s Classical Music Lovers
Boynton Beach, FL, March 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- It is not often that one hears a business sales pitch at a chamber music recital but that is exactly what took place recently at Steinway Piano Gallery at a Chamber Music Recital Hosted and produced by American Friends of Kronberg Academy. Four participants of the Boynton Beach Youth Empowerment Center’s Young Entrepreneur’s program got a chance to practice their sales and presentation skills to an audience that is unfamiliar to them.
The four young women are enrolled in a twelve week program where they are learning to start their own business. “We are at the mid way point of the program and the group have learned the different corporate structures, how to perform a SWOT analysis, conduct market and competition research, perform a fictitious name search , select a business name and domain name registration,” said Miss Gray Facilitator of the program and owner of Rainbow Marketing Inc. The group has established “Gifted Hands Babysitting Incorporated and the owners Josephine Dachoute (age 19 President) Synthia Josma (age 14 Vice President) Aliya Mattocks (age 16 Director of Finance) and Kyra Perry (age 13 Director of Marketing) plans to provide dependable and affordable child care services to the families of Palm Beach County.
The group took every opportunity before, during and after the beautiful and stirring performance of Dia Miyata (Violoncello) 1st prize Winner Rostropovich Competition, Paris 2010 and Jose Menor (Piano) to shake hands with attendees and practiced introducing their new business (Gifted Hands Babysitting Inc.) to classical music lovers from Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Canada and New York to name a few places.
“The Seven Variations ueber das Thema:Bei Maennern Welche fuehlen” From Mozart;s Opera “Die Zauberfloete”. Wo046 by Ludwig Van Beethoven (1770-1827) was my favorite part of the evening,” said Aliya Mattocks.
During the post event reception, the owners of Gifted Hands Babysitting Services Inc. also got the opportunity to meet and be photographed with the musicians who were also not immune to the sales pitch. Charming Mr. Menor expressed his admiration for the group and wanted to know what was the inspiration behind the program.
“This was an amazing experience and I loved it all but particularly the Beethoven piece,” said Miss Dachoute she continued, “The performers took an historical piece and made it speak to me a as a young person with no classical music training. It made me understand where true music comes from.”

The Youth Empowerment Center was designed to have an overall effect on the youth, family, community, and city as a form of redevelopment. Youth are given the opportunity to gather in a safe and proactive environment to socialize with other youth.
