Carol Shimp grew up as a Catholic in the nineteen-fifties. She went to church, learned self-discipline and participated in traditional religious practices, but even as a young child she experienced precognitive dreams and received other worldly messages that she could not talk about to anyone.
When her mother passed on, Carol was inspired to learn more about her unusual gifts and she joined a small group of spiritual seekers.
