Shop, Sip and Support Breast Cancer Awareness

The Beautiful Day Foundation (BDF), the organization raising awareness about breast cancer, synonymous for youth education and outreach at college and high school campuses will be the grateful beneficiaries of a portion of sales made at the TenderBabe’s Boutique, a local retailer, specializing in trendy and affordable fashion, in Hermosa Beach on Saturday, March 26, 2011.

From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, 20% of all sales at TenderBabe’s Boutique, at 727 2nd Street, Suite 205 in Hermosa Beach, will benefit the Beautiful Day Foundation. To ensure attendees won’t go home empty-handed, door prizes will be handed out, champagne will be served and there will be an opportunity to win a $150 gift certificate toward more fashion finds at TenderBabe’s Boutique. Vienna Flores, the Director of Fundraising & Special Events for the Beautiful Day Foundation, shared that “Women love to shop, why not leave the guilt out of it and shop to support a great cause?”

With breast cancer as the leading cause of cancer-related death in women ages 15-54, the Beautiful Day Foundation is committed to continuous outreach efforts to young women. Their first in-store fundraising and education event, the TenderBabe’s “Sip, Shop and Support” occasion will offer a fun, fashionable and fabulous opportunity for the Beautiful Day Foundation to reach young women.
