VIRTUAL CITY RADIO, INC is Sponsoring The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest

New York, NY, March 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- VIRTUAL CITY RADIO, INC will be sponsoring The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest at Gridloc 529 Sutter Ave, Brooklyn, NY, and April 1st. The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest doors open at 8pm and first performance is at 9pm. Admission for The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest is $10 if an advanced ticket is purchased before 11:30pm on March 31, 2011 at http://www.virtualcitystore.com or $20 at the door. Performers will receive free drinks and food if they arrive before 9pm, $2 drinks and food if an advanced ticket was purchased or $4 drinks and food if tickets were purchased at the door. ID must be shown to enter and again to purchase liquor.

The contest prizes for The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest is as follows; $1000 to the 1st place winner, $500 to the 2nd place winner or $250 to the 3rd place winner. The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest will have 3 judges and the performers will be judged on Professionalism, Originality, Stage Presentation and Appearance. Jai Infiniti will be hosting The Brooklyn Open Mic Talent Contest, DJ Charlie Rzock will be spinning the tunes, LaToya Bruce will be bartending, and Robin Harper is the A&R for Virtual City Radio Label, Director of Marketing is Mr. Lawrence "Wise" McGriff who is also the Director of Marketing for Def Jam Recordings and Vice President of Murder Inc, Flyer Graphics Design by Testimonialink Media’s Mr. Donald Butler Sir., Video Taping by IN THE VIRTUAL CITY INC and Event Promotion by U ENT.
