Digital marketing agency, Ingenex is looking to expand its team with a new hire - Digital Project Manager.
Ann Arbor, MI, March 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Ingenex is looking for the right person to play an important role in leading our team to the next level of success. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned project manager with strong web, digital, or software project management experience.
In this multifaceted role the Digital Project Manager will manage multiple, concurrent, full-life cycle projects utilizing all of our digital products and services. This position is suited for the highly organized and forward thinking PM who loves the latest online technology and is excited by dynamic and changing environments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops, implements and manages all systems and processes for project management, client service, and quality control.
Develops and maintains easily-accessed information for all projects including short term and long term schedules, budget, specifications, client communication log, and objectives.
On ongoing basis, proactively communicates all necessary project-related information to external and internal resources. Serve as client advocate throughout project life cycle.
Routinely updates President/CEO regarding project progress and client satisfaction. Immediately advises President/CEO of any quality control or client service issues.
Provides relevant data to CFO for accurate and timely invoicing of all client projects.
Facilitates creation of overall project vision, and develop project plans, resource forecasts, contracts and project specifications.
Proactively communicates project information to clients per individual client preferences and objectives.
Uphold high standards of project management excellence. Keeping all projects on schedule and budget.
Lead client and internal meetings with authority and professionalism.
Assign detailed tasks within the organization, and keep to deadlines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum two years of successful project management experience, preferably in a technical or digital environment. 4-year college degree important. Understanding of the digital marketing space, including but not limited to: search engine optimization, Google AdWords, web design, digital public relations, cost per sale marketing and more. Basecamp and Salesforce.com experience helpful.
