The recently launched division will focus on large-scale projects ($100 million or more) with external joint-venture partnerships, as well as those projects requiring the multi-discipline expertise unique to Sundt. The division supports the contractor’s long-term goals for growth regionally and nationally.

In his new role, Einbinder will be responsible the management, identification, pursuit and acquisition of special projects. On the business-development and relationship-building fronts, he will work to ensure Sundt clients have an exceptional experience from contract negotiation through construction completion.

“Wayne’s skills and experience on large, complex projects, as well as his ability to build and manage relationships with clients and project teams, made him the right person to lead this new division,” said J. Doug Pruitt, Sundt chairman and CEO.

Einbinder, who joined Sundt four years ago as project director, brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the new position. Among the strengths he offers is the keen ability to identify the needs of both the contractor and the owner to achieve a successful project. Einbinder has also participated in the construction process on all levels, managing large-scale projects with high-design architects on facilities that remained operational during construction, as well as ventures that occupied tight building envelopes and demanded significant coordination with other contractors and project teams.
