Albania Property Group Launching of Macedonia Lalzit Bay Resort Project
Albania Property Group and CSS Property Partners LP, a subsidiary of CSS LLP had a successful launching of the Lalzit Bay Resort in Macedonia, specifically in the cities of Gostivar and Skopje. The General Manager of the developer’s team Mr. Ravin Maharajah was present together with the Managing Director of Albania Property Group Mr. Ilir Konomi.
Tirana, Albania, March 26, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Through the office manager in Gostivar, Mr. Lutvi Gili, Albania Property Group organized a very successful launching at the Hilton Hotel in Gostivar where about 50 people from the city were present.
In Skopje the launching was made at the The Stone Bridge hotel which is a five star hotel located at the very center of the city. It has a very exclusive space for presentational parties. Most of the happenings with business nature are held there. With the assistance of Hekuran Zeqiri who is the owner of Law Office Zeqiri there were representatives of the Albanians in the Macedonian Government taking part. Among the participants there were more than 60 well known Albanian and Macedonian elite from the city.
Participants showed a lot of interest in both promotional events. At a moment that tourism is booming in the country there is a lot of demand for high end resorts destined for the upper market.
