Accomplish CashManager 2011 Released. New Version Improves Stock, Sales and Accessibility.
Auckland, New Zealand, April 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Accounting software vendor Accomplish has launched a new version of CashManager that introduces new enhancements that makes the simplest desktop SME accounting package even easier to use. There are a number of enhancements with some key changes included in this release.

Over the past 20 years, more than 26,000 businesses have experienced the ease of accounting with CashManager and with the new version released this month, the software takes it a step further by introducing key enhancements for stock control and sales reporting.
Stock Control. There are two key changes that make stock control even simpler. CashManager 2011 introduces Barcode Scanning – you can now hold barcodes against a product, and scan that product when selecting it from or into your stock. Also when taking your stocktake you now have the ability to record Stocktake results in a new Stocktake menu option. This adjusts your stock levels once ‘update’ has been selected. This gives you the piece of mind of a separate check before you update your stock levels.
Sales Reporting. Now you have the ability to choose a sales person when raising an invoice. You can then run a sales report by sales person to easily monitor and understand sales performance levels.
There are a number of other enhancements. Improvements have been made to transaction importing to make this easier, Reporting has just become more flexible and more formatting options have been added. Budgeting has become simpler too, you can now simply roll over your current years budget to the next year and adjust, reporting against budget figures has also been improved.
Invoicing has also had a major overhaul, there is better searchability and history matching, improved credit limit management gives you more control, and there is more flexibility with discounts, multiple invoice options and adjustment management.
Finally Accomplish CashManager is already well regarded in terms of it’s level of accessibility and overall ease of use for people with a vision impairment, this release adds several new features to make doing your accounting even more simple.
