Shaun Toub Joins Cast of Marvel Studios' "Iron Man"
Veteran Actor Joins Stellar Cast Of Highly Anticipated Film
Beverly Hills, CA, February 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Actor Shaun Toub has been hired to join the cast of Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated feature film “Iron Man” helmed by Jon Favreau. Toub will join the stellar line up of Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Terrence Howard and Jeff Bridges in an unspecified supporting role.
Toub is best known for his unforgettable performance in the 2006 Oscar®-winning film “Crash.” Since then, he has made numerous notable television and film appearances including ABC’s controversial miniseries “Path To 9/11”, CBS’ “Smith” and a co-starring role in New Line’s “The Nativity Story,” opposite Oscar® nominees Keisha Castle-Hughes and Shohreh Aghdashloo.
Shaun has also recently completed principal photography on the highly anticipated DreamWorks’ feature film “The Kite Runner,” based on a best-selling novel by Khaled Hosseini, due for release in November of 2007. Additionally, Shaun will appear this season on the ABC hit television drama “Lost.”

“Iron Man” begins shooting in early March of 2007 and will be released on May 2, 2008.
