Managed IT Solutions Provider Hires Brian Sutphin as Business Helpdesk Engineer
Managed IT Solutions Provider, Entech Computer Services, is pleased to announce that Brian Sutphin, a former member of the WV Air National Guard, has become their new Help-desk Engineer.
Fort Myers, FL, March 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Entech Computer Services, a managed IT solutions provider, announces the hiring of Brian Sutphin as the new Business Help-desk Engineer. Brian will provide the first line of service to Entech’s clients as they contact the help-desk. His duties will include resolving client problems remotely by logging into the system, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues. If problems are unable to be resolved remotely, Brian will update support tickets and schedule technicians for onsite customer visits as needed.
“Having worked in the technology industry for over 15 years, I am very excited for the opportunity to bring my experience to Entech as their Help-desk Engineer,” said Brian Sutphin. “I enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and solving technology related issues. Brian is originally from West Virginia, where he attended Marshall University in Huntington. He then went on to serve in the WV Air National Guard while attending college as a computer systems planner for six years.
Prior to his position with Entech, Brian traveled and taught full time as a Microsoft Certified trainer, worked as a technology director, assisted with corporate help-desks, and spent many years providing outsourced IT support to a variety of industries. He possesses certifications as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and Microsoft Database Administrator.
Brian currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys activities such as reading, boating, and fishing.
