Mr. Parrish focuses his practice on the representation of creditors and other parties in interest in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts and restructurings. In addition, he has extensive experience representing parties in insolvency-related commercial litigation. Mr. Parrish has represented both purchasers and sellers in § 363 sales and is the co-author of the chapter entitled “Sales of Assets Under Section 363” in Collier Guide to Chapter 11: Key Topics and Selected Industries (Matthew Bender 2010).

• Represented collateral agent for $1 billion debtor-in-possession financing agreement in cross-border insolvency proceeding.
• Represented secured aircraft lenders and lessors in the bankruptcy of Delta Air Lines, Inc.
• Represented the senior secured lender in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of a publicly-traded furniture manufacturer.
• Obtained the dismissal of breach of fiduciary duty claims asserted by a shareholder against the directors of a bankrupt corporation.
