Bauer previously earned the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designations. The AARE program provided Bauer with expert training in evaluating property, preparing important financial documents, and preparing the property for auction in the Real Estate Market available today. There are less than 500 people, who hold and have earned the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation offered by the National Auctioneers Association.
