Donation of Neckties Sparks a Growing Relationship Between APSU and Tiecoon.com

Tiecoon.com recently initiated a program and released a press release searching for recommendations for candidates to receive closeout neckties for no charge. The tie giveaway was aimed at cities, schools, municipalities, clubs and organizations with that exhibited need.
