As UK property agents continue to look for simpler ways to deal with property data feeds to their favourite portals, former exclusively-international portal feeding service Property Portal Feeder announces its break into the UK market by partnering with portal giant Rightmove.co.uk to provide high quality data feeds.

Today the company has announced its break into the UK market to help agents manage and market their properties to an increasing number of portals.
Its announcement comes as it partners with Rightmove.co.uk to give UK agents the ability to use the technology behind Property Portal Feeder’s international feeding service which enables high quality validated property data feeds.
Company director, Stuart Sermon, explains the move into the UK market: “For years we have been dealing with all the major portals in the international market, giving overseas estate agents a simpler way to manage their properties and feed to dozens of portals with ease. On numerous occasions, we have had UK agents come to us enquiring about our portal feeding service. We had to turn them down as we simply did not work with the UK portals at the time.”
Sermon continued, “We have now created a separate property management system for UK agents. This is to ensure that the high data quality expectations of UK portals are met by feeds coming from agents using our system. It puts us in a strong position to begin working with all the major UK portals and present the UK agents with a system that is low cost, efficient, and feeds the portals with high quality validated data. In the end, this all results in increased leads for the agent.”
The company hopes to bring a better alternative to expensive one-off feed setups from software providers and non-validated “scraping” techniques used to get data directly from agents’ websites.
