ProcessPro Adds Staff

St. Cloud, MN, April 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- ProcessPro, developers of ProcessPro® Premier ERP software, adds staff to its Implementation Specialist and Client Support teams. Adding staff to these departments helps ProcessPro uphold its exceptional customer experience standard.

RaNae Alcorn is joining the Implementation Specialist team. RaNae will be completing her Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Cloud State University this spring. She has previous experience in business logistics and point of sale analyzing. RaNae also has work experience in the FDA regulated environment.

She brings leadership in cross-functional team experience, expanding team strengths,” says Molly Caron, ProcessPro VP of Operations. “RaNae’s FDA background, along with her educational experience in administration and accounting, will add significant value to our client services.”

Cassie Kampa is joining the Client Support team. Cassie has experience as a customer service manager meeting customer demands such as order deadlines, troubleshooting, and issuing credits. In addition, she has trained customers in using online systems.

“Understanding our clients and their business environment is critical to providing superior client support,” says Danell Allenspach, ProcessPro Lead Client Support Specialist. “Cassie’s experience in the food industry, training, and customer service are valuable assets to add to the Client Support Team.”
