Formulations, Process Specification, Batching Software Recipe Manager 2011 Released by Mar-Kov Computer Systems
Mar-Kov Computer Systems announced today that it has released Recipe Manager Pro 2011, a low-cost version of its formulations and batching software. Recipe Manager performs formulations, process specifications, costing, order entry, batch sheet generation, batch result recording, and many other functions including exporting results to QuickBooks.
Toronto, Canada, April 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Recipe Manager Pro 2011 has many new features compared with the previous year’s release.
One major addition is standard industry-specific versions of the software. There are now standard versions of Recipe Manager Pro for:
Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics, Paint and Coatings, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Feed.
Some industry specific features include greatly improved Batch Sheet and Batch Record documents, Lot labeling including HMIS codes and PPE rules as required, Nutritional labeling, and industry aggregate calculations such as VOC, Non-Volatile, Pigment/Binder, and Density.
Recipe Manager Pro 2011 also features greatly enhanced lot control and tracing functionality. You may now record manufacturer, Lot, Trade Name, Expiry, and other information for raw materials, and trace lot usage information through to manufactured products.
You can also record test results and approvals for both finished batches and raw materials. Batch test results are clearly displayed on the Batch Record document.
Unlike other products, with Recipe Manager you can specify more than just a bill of materials - you can specify processing instructions (such as mixing, heating, etc) for your operators to follow and sign off on. These instructions are clearly and attractively displayed on an automatically generated batch sheets.
