New FABLOGIC Brand of Composite Metal Panels Announced
BAMCO, Inc. Unveils Expanded Product Line to US National Market.
Middlesex, NJ, April 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- After 25 years in business, BAMCO, Inc. an award-winning leader in the design and fabrication of composite metal panels, is proud to introduce its FABLOGICTM product line. FABLOGIC’s messaging includes being “The Composite Metal Expert” and offering panels that are “Designed. Tested. Guaranteed.”
The FABLOGIC product line includes several models of aluminum composite panels. The C-500 is fabricated in a rout-and-return method with a silicone caulk joint. The G-500 uses recessed hard silicone gasket joinery and full-length interconnecting perimeter extrusions. The D-500 is a lightweight, low maintenance system that uses rain screen technology and can be fabricated in complex shapes and curves. The latest generation system, the I-500, uses internal gaskets to provide a fully weather-sealed system with the visual aesthetics of an open joint or rain screen system.
While each of the FABLOGIC panels offer individual benefits, they share several important characteristics including:
· Lightweight construction
· Low maintenance
· Can be manufactured in complex and curved shapes
· Can be applied over a variety of substrates
· Can be rear insulated
· FR core material available to meet NFPA 285 multi-story fire testing per IBC 2009
· Comprised of 4- or 6-mm composite panel
· Lengths up to 24’ and widths up to 5’
· ASTM and AAMA tested and approved
· Always built to LEED standards
· Fabricated using Lean manufacturing principles
According to company co-founder Allan Pasternak, “We are different because all FABLOGIC panels are fabricated using Lean manufacturing principles. We have standardized testing, engineering and manufacturing processes which guarantee consistent quality – panel by panel, job by job. We are proud to offer the FABLOGIC brand to our customers as it represents the best composite metal wall panel system on the market today.”
