Flight Centre Limited general manager marketing Colin Bowman said the new value proposition would permeate everything from the marketing campaigns and the look and feel of the stores to the consultants’ customer service and how they can deliver unbeatable value to customers.
“Unbeatable is not just about price, it’s about overall choice, value of our holidays and the consultants’ passion and experience that they bring to their customers,” Mr Bowman said.
“In our new television advertising campaign, which kicks off this Sunday, we feature real Flight Centre consultants going out of their way to find the perfect trip at a great price.
