Le Chef Mobile Offers Cooking Classes for Couples in the Boston Area and Cape Cod

Boston, MA, April 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- While culinary schools like Cambridge Culinary, Le Cordon Bleu and Stir are offering Cooking Classes for Couples, Le Chef Mobile is taking it one step further. Le Chef Mobile will come and cook for couples in their homes, teaching how to make the most of clients' equipment, how to stock their pantries and most importantly, how to make cooking fun and easy. According to Chef Jenatton, "Most of my clients are far too busy to take an adult education class, or a class at a culinary school. Some are even a bit embarrassed they don't know the basics, so this way, they can learn in the privacy of their own home."

Maybe it's the economy, or maybe just that people are more health-conscious than before, but cooking classes are part of an up and coming trend. According to Bonny Wolf of NPR, "The recession has brought back home-cooked meals in a big way. It will mean an increase in cooking classes, because people will have to learn how to cook since we haven't been cooking at home for many years," she says. According to Chef Jenatton, "While some Bostonians are cutting back on going out, I'm seeing an increased interest in cooking classes. My clients not only get dinner, but a lesson, recipe and valuable skills that can be used over and over."

Chef Jenatton is the owner a personal chef service called Le Chef Mobile. Starting in Boulder, Colorado in 1985, and relocating to Boston in 1992, Jenatton first created his service preparing dinners for clients using their facilities, then serving the food and cleaning up afterwards. Having worked in Paris, Boulder, Dallas, San Francisco, Carmel and now Boston, Jenatton has over 40 years experience as a chef in France and the US.

Le Chef Mobile has been featured on NBC in Denver, Colorado as well as the Boston Globe and Community Newspapers. Jenatton has taught at the Boston and Cambridge Centers for Adult Education, Dover-Sherborn Community Education, and the French Library.
