Fort Myers Attorney Kevin Noell Joins Boys & Girls Club of Lee County Board

Noell is a member of the insurance defense litigation team at Henderson Franklin. He defends clients in cases involving premises liability, automobile negligence, negligent security and professional malpractice. Noell also concentrates a portion of his practice representing governmental entities in lawsuits involving personal injury and constitutional and state law claims involving false arrests, use of excessive force and malicious prosecution.
Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Noell worked for a statewide insurance defense firm and previously served as an Assistant State Attorney in Lee County. Before entering the practice of law, he served in the United States Army and was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Noell is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his law degree from Regent Law School.
