Quarterly Award Winners of ActionCOACH

ActionCOACH recently held its quarterly ActionAWARDS ceremony on March 11th in the city of San Diego, recognizing the growth and success of 10 businesses in the San Diego area.
Among the recipients of the coveted award was Big Picture Solutions, offering graphic recording and visual meeting facilitation, who was recognized for their increased client conversion rate from 12% to 78% from the previous quarter. Founder Jeannel King commented, “With the help of ActionCOACH Karie Kaufmann, we learned how to attract qualified leads, and develop a sales process that makes it easy for decision-makers to sign on the dotted line.” King continued, “It has made business both fun and rewarding, as we’re able to utilize our talents to make a difference to an even broader audience, while increasing profits along the way.”
ActionAWARDS were given to recognize clients for outstanding results in the previous quarter, including: greatest percentage increase in the areas of lead generation, conversion rate, average dollar sale, increase in repeat business, revenue and profit, as well as improvement in the areas of financial mastery, operational efficiency and team development. In all, 10 ActionCOACH clients received awards for significant growth and improvements.
Smart Design Commercial Interiors, The Agency San Diego, and The Law Offices of Virginia Weber, all increased the value of their average sale by 23.5 to 26% respectively, and The Agency San Diego was also recognized for increasing leads by 40%. The Wild Thyme Company and Code B were among other local businesses to receive awards.
“Several of the businesses recognized increased profits by as much as 20% quarter over quarter, and some have nearly doubled their profits since this time last year. Other businesses grew in areas of team development and superb customer experience- key components for a successful business,” said Karie Kaufmann, owner of Action Business Coaching, who gave out the awards to the companies. “We are pleased to congratulate all of the award winners and finalists, and proud to be a part of their success.
