Decker came to St. Augustine from Pittsburgh, PA to start a new chapter in her life and embark on a career in real estate after her son enrolled in college. Prior to that, Decker spent more than 18 years as an executive travel consultant, as well as a travel writer for a ski and Caribbean wholesaler, and she has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe. In her free time, Decker gives back to the community by being active in fundraising and events for the St. Francis House. Her hobbies include sailing, skydiving and gourmet cooking.
