Doll graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan and received her law degree from the Detroit College of Law in May 1990. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
