Arizona's Arrowhead Grill to Dish Free Steaks if Coyotes Make Stanley Cup Finals
Glendale Restaurant to Give Away Free Delmonico Steaks on Game Days During the NHL Playoffs
Glendale, AZ, April 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Glendale restaurant Arrowhead Grill wants to turn a Phoenix Coyotes appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals into a tasty victory for Valley fans.
The Glendale restaurant will give each member of its eClub a free signature Delmonico steak (valued at $27.99) if the Coyotes make it to the Stanley Cup Finals. To be eligible for the free steak, Valley residents must register for the restaurant's eClub at www.arrowheadgrill.com before May 1.
The Phoenix Coyotes begun their NHL playoff run against the Detroit Red Wings on April 13.
Also, the restaurant is offering its house specialty steak to Coyotes fans (and Arrowhead Grill eClub members) who visit on game day during the 2011 NHL playoffs. On any Coyotes game day, those who sign up for the eClub will get a free Delmonico steak for each Delmonico they buy. Reservations are required and gratuity is not included.
“The Coyotes organization and its fans have been tremendous supporters of Arrowhead Grill,” said Arrowhead Grill Chef and Owner Charles Schwerd, who counts several Coyotes players and executives as regular patrons. “We’re rooting for them to make the Stanley Cup Finals.”
The Delmonico steak Schwerd is offering his most requested steak and is a nod to the past. Culled from a century-old cook book, The Epicurean, the 10-ounce sirloin steak is named the Delmonico after Chef Charles Ranhofer’s signature steak at the Delmonico Hotel in lower Manhattan more than 100 years ago.
Schwerd has spent the past two decades carving out a reputation as one of the Valley’s finest chefs.
