Balfour Beatty Construction Announces New Georgia President
Industry leader Frank Spears to head Georgia Division.
Atlanta, GA, April 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Balfour Beatty Construction has named Frank Spears President of its Georgia Division.
Spears, a well-established and connected leader in the Atlanta business community with many client and partner relationships throughout Georgia, has a background in the construction field that has spanned more than 35 years. He has managed the construction of many recognized developments in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast, including One Atlantic Center (formerly IBM Tower), Ritz Carlton-Atlanta, Lenox Square, and the Underground in downtown Atlanta. Most recently, he was President of Frank Spears & Associates. From 2004-2010, Frank served as President of SG Contracting, Inc. Prior to joining SG Contracting, Frank was Managing Director and Executive Vice President of The Beck Group, a major commercial builder for offices, retail developments, and hospitality construction. Frank’s notable career with The Beck Group spanned 30 years.

He is also a former Board Member of the Georgia Tech Foundation and past Board Member and President of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
