The Arabic Portal for Service Manager 2010 provides a customized portal experience that supports the Arabic language and provides users with an Arabized interface. The portal is developed as an add-on available to existing customers of the Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010. Upon implementing this solution, users will have the choice of selecting the portal language they prefer. Users can always switch between the two portals.
