HotSpring World Brings a Happy Easter to Nottingham Children's Hospital
HotSpring World, Nottingham's leading supplier of hot tubs and spas, are planning a range of charity events to support the Nottingham Children's Hospital this Easter, including an Easter Egg collection for donations of Easter eggs, toys and books, and an Easter Egg Hunt.
Nottingham, United Kingdom, April 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- HotSpring World, Nottingham's leading supplier of hot tubs and spas, are planning to bring some Easter happiness to patients at the Nottingham Children's Hospital. They're organising a range of charity events to support the Children's Hospital this Easter, including an Easter Egg collection, in which they are accepting donations of Easter eggs, toys and books, and an Easter Egg Hunt.
Penny Headland, Manager of HotSpring World Nottingham said, “We will be collecting the eggs right up to Easter Saturday and they will be delivered to the ward Easter Sunday. Already we have had people in with eggs, toys and books so have quite a collection.” Eggs can also be donated directly to the Children's Hospital.
Sharon Squire from the Paediatric High Dependency Unit said, “We are very grateful for the donation of Easter eggs from customers of HotSpring World which we will distribute amongst the children in hospital over the Easter period.”
As well as collecting donations for the patients at the Children's Hospital, the HotSpring World Staff are organising an Easter Egg Hunt on Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday at the Bridgford Garden Centre. The Hunt is free to enter but any monetary donations will be gratefully accepted on behalf of the Children's Hospital.

They have a variety of specialist wards and departments providing care for children and their families. All donations are gratefully received and used to purchase equipment and other items for children and families that go towards trying to make their hospital stay a bit easier.
One such project is to raise money to purchase a portable oxygen saturation monitor that will enable long term children requiring oxygen therapy to be able to leave the confines of a ward setting. An oxygen saturation monitor is a machine that monitors the level of oxygen in the blood so it is essential that all children requiring oxygen have one of these monitors to use.
