Displays2go Unveils Podium with an LCD Television
Just launched from Displays2go.com is a new line of podiums with LCD televisions on the front. Users can speak while manipulating a slide show.
Bristol, RI, April 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Displays2go.com has recently launched a line of wood finished podiums with a built-in 15” LCD screen for slide shows. The podiums allow educators and lecturers to present visual information as a supplement to speeches.
“The podiums are all equipped with remote controls and timed slide show technology to help presenters get to the correct slide at the corresponding time,” details Displays2go Marketing Executive Sandra Reno. “There are also a variety of image transitions available for providing a cue for the next talking point.”
The curve designed podium features a scratch proof and stain resistant exterior crafted from a laminate. The back of the podium has an opening with a shelf for storing presentation accessories or media playing technology. The LCD screens support slide shows formatted in JPEG, MPEG, and MP3 formats. An AC power cord is included with each podium for easy electrical connection.
“The podiums are hand crafted and are designed for schools, churches, conference rooms, press conferences and other public presentation arenas,” continues Reno. “Users can rotate through the slide show, providing the visuals when taking questions at the end of a lecture or skipping over previously explained information.”
