Telligent Announces Additions to Leadership Lineup
Kristin Reichert promoted to CFO following recent advancements of Cecilia Edwards to VP of Client Services and adding Jeff Rich to board of directors
Dallas, TX, April 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Telligent, a leader in social community software, is pleased to announce the latest advancements within its leadership team and board of directors.
Kristin Reichert was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Reichert served Telligent as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Reichert will continue guiding the success of Telligent through her work leading Telligent’s accounting, tax, finance, human resources, and legal teams, as well as investor relations.
Reichert is an experienced finance executive with nearly 15 years in various finance and accounting roles for software companies, both public and private. Before joining Telligent, Reichert served as the controller at Skywire Software, where she presided over the financial aspects of multiple acquisitions, their subsequent integrations, the debt financings, and eventually the sale of Skywire Software’s enterprise software business by Oracle and BPO business by Kubra. Reichert’s rich experience also includes work at Docucorp International and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in public accounting.
Reichert is a Certified Public Accountant and has bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
This announcement follows recent news that Telligent has promoted Cecilia Edwards to Senior Vice President of Client Services and added former ACS CEO, Jeff Rich, to its Board of Directors.
