Revamped Atlantis Music Conference & Festival Announces 2007 Dates (September 19th- 22nd) and Opens Artist Submissions
Atlanta, GA, March 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Atlantis Music Conference & Festival is celebrating its 10th Anniversary by undertaking some major changes. Taking place in 2007 primarily inside of the CW Midtown Music Complex (the home of Center Stage, The Loft & Vinyl) from Wednesday September 19th – Saturday September 22nd the 10th Anniversary edition of Atlantis offers for the first time in its history a 360 degree music experience inside of one state of the art music complex.
“In an attempt to fully integrate the music conference with the festival atmosphere we felt that this was the next level in what Atlantis could be. There is no other event in the country that offers artists, the music industry, aspiring music business entrepreneurs, and music fans a full circle experience primarily under one roof like we will offer in our 10th Anniversary,” explains Mark Willis, Atlantis Music Conference & Festival Partner.
The new venue will be home during the day to numerous panel discussions on some of the music industries most relevant and pressing topics. From an educational venue the CW Midtown Music Complex will turn into the home for numerous networking events as a lead into doors opening to the public for a three stage multi-genre music festival featuring a cross-genre conglomeration of the most cutting edge up and coming acts from across the country.
For artists looking to take their craft to the next level, Atlantis offers in 2007 for the first time, the opportunity for a critique and feedback showcase in front of experienced panelists to help sharpen live stage performances. This also gives artists a chance to get in front of industry deal makers and show what they can do in a high contact, quick results format.
“There has been so much change in the industry over the last 10 years that our value lies in finding ways to give artists a chance to receive immediate one to one feedback from people that are on the inside to take their game up an notch, that is what differentiates Atlantis,” says Willis.
Artists from all genres of music are encouraged to submit for consideration for participation in the Music Festival that has featured in years passed John Mayer, Los Lonely Boys, Bowling for Soup, Cartel, Sugarland, Yung Joc and more. Artists wishing to be considered should visit www.atlantismusic.com for more information.
