Typically, this will include the development of collateral, pricing, partner identification and enablement, pre-sales support, delivery and user training, and public, media and analyst relations.
Phase 3: Delivery
The Delivery Phase includes the identification and onboarding of suitable channel partners, and the development and implementation of an effective sales support strategy.
Thereafter, Simbiottik will assist its partners by providing dedicated Channel Managers who, individually, bring many years of partner management and solutions sales expertise, business development and early stage assistance with sales execution, combined with local presence, which is critical to successful introduction of a new offering to a partner’s portfolio.
