Path to Unity of Consciousness: The Episode of Life Published by Outskirts Press
Outskirts Press announces the latest highly anticipated philosophy and religion book from Marietta, GA, author Amjad Fatemi, Ph.D.
Marietta, GA, April 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Outskirts Press, Inc. has published The Episode of Life: Consciousness, Creation, and the Universe by Amjad Fatemi, Ph.D. The author's most recent book to date is a 6 x 9 paperback in the philosophy and religion category and is available worldwide on book retailer websites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The webpage at www.outskirtspress.com/theepisodeoflife was launched simultaneously with the book's publication.
Traditionally, the back cover of a book contains some description of the author’s credits, perhaps a short biography, and the author’s picture. Below those are endorsements by some distinguished figure or authority in the book’s subject. This process has been, and will be.
But this book steps away from this tradition and the norm of publication and, in fact, is challenging any kind of tradition and authority or fame as egoistic aspects of writer -- instead giving authority to the reader and the reader’s endorsement. The reader’s endorsement is important as a part of the unity of consciousness. There is no difference between “you” and some “recognized authority” upon any subject.
All readers need to do is to think and to try to find a connection between their inner selves and the external knowledge. This is what the book is about.
564 pages in length, The Episode of Life: Consciousness, Creation, and the Universe is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the philosophy and religion category. With U.S. wholesale distribution through Ingram and Baker & Taylor, and pervasive online availability through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and elsewhere, The Episode of Life meets consumer demand through both retail and library markets with a suggested retail price of $26.95.
Additionally, The Episode of Life can be ordered by retailers or wholesalers for the maximum trade discount price set by the author in quantities of ten or more from the Outskirts Press Direct bookstore at www.outskirtspress.com/bookstore.
