Young readers can have fun counting how many feet she has and finding their favorite colors. Gentle reminders about the importance of being clean and saying “Thank you” accompany the charming illustrations by Elyse Moore.
This is the first children’s book for author JW Cayce, who has certificates in creative writing. In addition to the Garden Adventure Series, she is working on a romance novel set in the 1890s. Author KT Guy, a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, grew up with five siblings and has eight nieces. Illustrator Elyse Moore graduated from Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in studio art.
