Joliet, IL, April 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- For David Ramos, his dream of owning his own business finally came true thanks to his own personal godmother, Rescue Capital. Ramos, with the help of Rescue Capital, was able to start his own power washing business called Level -3 Services which provides power washing to cars, vans, SUVS, and tractor trailers.
