TTR Sotheby’s International Realty Sponsors House Tour to Support Trust for National Mall
Washington, DC, April 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- TTR Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that it will host the Washington Luxury Tour, an exclusive house tour to benefit the Trust for the National Mall, on Sunday, May 15.
Eighteen spectacular residences within the prestigious communities of Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia will be open May 15th from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Tickets are not required; however a $10 per person suggested donation is requested. All donations will benefit The Trust for the National Mall (www.nationalmall.org). The tour will highlight the rich cultural history of Washington and showcase the talents of prominent local businesses in architecture, fine art, interior design, exceptional cuisine, fine automobiles and more. A number of extraordinary residences which have not been open to the public are included on the tour including the Hirshhorn Mansion, a 1920’s Georgian Revival residence in the heart of Kalorama, and Broadview, a circa 1870’s Victorian in North Arlington, The event is co-sponsored by Washington Life Magazine, Cartier, Aston Martin, the Washington Design Center, and Windows Catering.
