Wells Fargo Teams with Motorcoach Council to Launch Motorcoach Operator Incentive Program
Wells Fargo will award $50 gift cards as an added incentive for the next 30 motorcoach operators to enroll in the Council's “Coach Vendor Parts Program” with ABC, MCI, Prevost and Setra, a funding mechanism for the Council's nationwide education and outreach campaign intended to improve public perception of motorcoach travel.
Denver, CO, April 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Motorcoach Council, Inc. announced today that Founding Partner, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, committed $1500 to a new incentive plan that rewards motorcoach operators for their participation in the Council’s Coach Vendor Parts Program, a collaborative effort between ABC, MCI, Prevost and Setra and their respective customers to help fund a nationwide, consumer-facing education and outreach campaign that conveys the numerous attributes of motorcoach travel.
“Wells Fargo believes the Motorcoach Council’s marketing campaign has the potential to increase the overall size of the motorcoach market, and therefore we want to support their efforts. An expanding market strengthens the financial condition of our customers and allows us to grow with them,” stated Matt Hotchkiss, VP/Territory Manager, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc.
Beginning April 25, 2011, the Motorcoach Council will award $50 gift cards to the next 30 motorcoach operators to enroll in the Coach Vendor Parts Program, courtesy of Wells Fargo Bank.
“This new incentive program is an exciting way for Wells Fargo to expand our support of the Motorcoach Council and encourage participation in the new parts program, a sustainable revenue model for the motorcoach industry’s public awareness campaign,” added Hotchkiss.
Participating motorcoach operators elect to donate 1⁄2 of one percent of their annual parts purchases (multiply .005 of net parts purchases to estimate cost) as a voluntary contribution to the campaign. Interested parties should contact PR@MotorcoachCouncil.org or download the Parts Program Enrollment Form online at www.MotorcoachCouncil.org/involved.
