New Fan Mosaics Web Site Brings Together Fans, Stars, Charities
Fan Mosaics Are a Creative, Lasting Way for Fans to Share the Spotlight with Their Heroes.
Northfield, OH, May 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Fan Mosaics, LLC, announces the launch of its new Web site, Fanmosaics.com, where entertainment magic is made. The site is the gateway to Fan Mosaics projects, which showcase fans’ adoration of their favorite stars in an artistic and memorable way.
A Fan Mosaic is a limited-edition print of a single image composed of hundreds or thousands of smaller images, all submitted for inclusion by fans. The single image may be a photo, logo or symbol of a celebrity, group or sports team.
“A Fan Mosaic is a high-quality, lasting link between the fans and their heroes,” says Rob Hixenbaugh, Fan Mosaics’ director of fan & brand development. “It’s also a way for stars to build on their fans’ energy and give them a sense of inclusion they’ve never felt before.
“The entire Fan Mosaics process is about creating tangible memories and bringing fans and stars together in a way that benefits them both.”
Fans pay a one-time participation fee for inclusion in a Fan Mosaic, which covers the uploading of an image or images plus one commemorative print. The stars’ organizations pay nothing for their involvement and even receive a portion of the proceeds and/or a licensing fee from the project.
Charitable organizations may participate in the creation of Fan Mosaics as well by partnering with the stars. In this case, the charities receive the portion of the proceeds while the stars gain positive publicity.
“We love helping charities benefit from these creative, unique fund-raisers that naturally lend themselves to promotion,” Hixenbaugh says. “They’re a fabulous way to encourage people to donate to a worthy cause.”
