Southern Nevada Homebuilder Opens New Plans and Model Homes
Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village in Henderson celebrates Grand Opening of 13 new floor plans with six fully decorated model homes.
Henderson, NV, April 30, 2011 --(PR.com)-- This Saturday, April 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dunhill Homes celebrates the Grand Opening of 13 brand-new floor plans with six fully decorated model homes at its Tuscany Village master plan in Henderson. The event is open to the public and includes tours of the new homes, energy efficiency demonstrations and refreshments including specialty Grilled Cheese sandwiches from the Muncheeze gourmet food truck. The builder will also hold a drawing for guests to win a new Apple iPad2.*
Dunhill Homes’ new Tuscany Village floor plans range in size from 1,215 to 2,646 square feet and include up to five bedrooms and up to three and a half baths. Prices start in the low $100s. For a limited time, the builder is offering incentives up to $7,500 towards options with homes purchased during the Grand Opening.
According to Dunhill Homes’ director of sales Ryan Soucie, the new plans were designed in a year-long process with consumer focus groups and consultations with contemporary home design experts to suit the way homebuyers live today. “They incorporate not only the space we need in our homes and garages for storage, but also energy efficiency elements unmatched by nearly every new home community in Southern Nevada,” he said.
All 13 new floor plans at Tuscany Village are certified by both Energy Star, and NV Energy’s Energy Plus Program. “These energy efficient homes are important not only because they preserve our natural resources, but also because by meeting the high design standards necessary to obtain these certifications, the cost of operating these homes is significantly lower due to lower energy bills,” said Soucie. “NV Energy’s Energy Plus and Energy Star certifications show that we are building these homes to exceed the energy efficiency of a home built to meet but not exceed code by at least 30 percent. In other words, they are 30% more efficient than a home built today that just meets code. In comparison to resale homes built 5 to 10 years ago, these homes can be as high as 70 percent more energy efficient.”
“We have made energy efficiency a top priority when designing our new plans at Tuscany Village,” said Soucie. “We know this will add value to your home for many years in savings to our resources as well as your monthly budget.” The homes incorporate many of the latest in energy saving innovations, including radiant barrier roofs, tankless water heaters and high performance dual pane Low-E argon gas vinyl windows.
Homebuyers of the new plans at Tuscany Village will have full access to the community’s luxury amenities. “Resort style living is available right here in Henderson,” said Manayan. Residents at Tuscany Village enjoy a guard-gated entrance, multi-million dollar recreation center, award-winning golf course and dozens of indoor and outdoor amenities.
A centerpiece is the 35,000 square foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center, which includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, arts & crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas. The Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course has been named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas.
“At Tuscany Village, residents enjoy beautiful, modern and energy efficient homes in a community that provides resort-style amenities, 50 channels of cable television and no improvement district fees (SIDs or LIDs),” said Manayan.
Tuscany’s sales office is located at 1549 Olivia Parkway and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 702-873-7287 or visit www.dunhillhomes.com.
