Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the local government suite of solutions from Innoprise Software, Inc.(“Innoprise”).
Ottawa, Canada, May 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the local government suite of solutions from Innoprise Software, Inc. (“Innoprise”).
Innoprise provides enterprise software for the specific business challenges of local government agencies. Innoprise’e next generation software solutions are based on 30 years of industry experience that enable customers to reduce their cost of service, streamline operations and improve productivity.
Innoprise’s web based solutions provide secure access from any internet enabled computer or mobile device, including smart phones and iPads with field access available via wireless or cellular devices (WiFi/3G/4G).
The Innoprise software assets are being purchased by Harris, & the Innoprise employees will work for a newly formed subsidiary affiliated with Harris’ MS Govern local government business unit. Innoprise will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service the Innoprise flagship solutions.
