The CEO TV Show Launches as the First Pan-Web TV Show
Ridgefield, CT, May 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The CEO Show with Robert Reiss announces the launch of the first pan-web “TV” show called “The CEO TV Show with Robert Reiss.” It will be hosted on websites that have proximity and affinity to America’s CEO community – like Vistage, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Small Giants and others. The CEO TV Show will feature Robert Reiss interviewing CEOs who have “changed the fabric of American society.”™ Each month a different CEO will be featured, talking about topics including:
· Vision, leadership and the future
· Brand, marketing and growth
· Innovation and technology
· Customer experience and culture
· CEO role
The CEO TV Show launches May 2, 2011 with Arkadi Kuhlmann, CEO and Chairman of ING Direct. Started in 2000, by creating a completely new bank model, ING Direct is known as America’s largest savings bank with about $90 billion in assets. In the interview, Kuhlmann shares the inside story of how and why he launched ING Direct and perspectives on innovation, culture, business success and American competitiveness.
In June The CEO TV Show will feature George Halvorson, Chairman and CEO of Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health care systems. Halvorson will share a new healthcare model for America that dramatically reduces costs while significantly improving clinical outcomes.
Other featured CEOs on the CEO TV Show will include: Peter Cuneo, turn-around CEO of Marvel, who revitalized the company from a low of $0.96/share to the recent acquisition by Disney for $54/share; Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com, who helped grow Zappos from start-up to one of America’s most admired brands; John Paul DeJoria, who went from homeless to billionaire as co-founder Paul Mitchell Systems and founder of Patron Spirits Company.
Reiss comments on the purpose of The CEO TV Show: “CEOs’ value to our society is either often under-rated or ignored by traditional media. Yet they are singularly empowered to add jobs, value, and strategic vision for our economy. Our purpose is to provide a platform for CEOs to tell their stories directly to the public and help businesses succeed.
The CEO TV Show’s partners include: Senn Delaney, Sodexo, and the Intercontinental Hotel Group. The CEO TV Show’s technical partner is Workerbee TV.
Larry Senn, Chairman of Senn Delaney, generally considered the father of corporate culture, described the value of The CEO TV Show like this: “The CEO TV Show is the first media to provide video across several different websites to reach a broad – but targeted – audience of other CEOs and top managers.”
