American Land List Now Adding "Wishing Well" to Its Land Listing Website
Http://www.americanlandlist.com is now posting a new area on its website called “The Wishing Well,” closely linked to the “Wish List.”
Oxford, NC, May 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- There are two new areas now associated with helping buyers and sellers find land and homes and other property for sale at American and on its website. One is called the Wish List, and the other is called the Wishing Well. The first is on the left side of the menu page of American Land List dot com and the other is on the right side.
The Wish List is designed to give all members (both free members and subscribing sellers) the right to list property desires on the site that other users can find and respond to. Once the member makes his “wish,” the wish is automatically sent to all Sellers on the site, as well as posted for the world to see under the right side menu button called the “Wishing Well.”
Anyone on earth can access the Wishing Well. But if you are a free member or subscribing seller, you can contact these people using a hidden onsite email address. All such wishes can be completely edited at any time by the person who posted them.
This is almost identical in the way the “Fan Club” works, except that the Fan Club is designed for Sellers to be notified when Buyers are interested, whereas the Wish List is designed for Buyers to be notified when Sellers have something that buyers might want.
Summary: American Land List has created an intuitive way for buyers and sellers to stay in touch with each other through a “living” website without having to spam each other or load down hopeful prospects with unwanted emails.
