Bradford White Becomes 1st Water Heater Manufacturer with 24/7 Product Support

Ambler, PA, May 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In a water heater industry first, Bradford White recently opened a new 24/7 warranty and technical service support center at its Middleville, MI manufacturing facility.

The new center will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is fully staffed with both warranty specialists and technical service experts. The warranty specialists all have training and backgrounds in customer service. The technical staff has undergone extensive water heater field training, and many were previously service technicians prior to joining the support team.

Bowerman added that the call center opened on February 28, 2011 and has been fielding night and weekend calls since then.
