Oil & Gas Training Classes in the Energy Shale Plays
Fort Worth, TX, May 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- ARWA - American Right of Way Associates announced today that due to the demands of the oil and gas companies currently drilling in Texas, ARWA will hold Two Energy Shale Training Classes on Saturday, May 9th, 2011 at the Barnett Shale Training Center in Fort Worth Texas. The first class is titled “Land Title Research Training” and the second class is titled "Right of Way Acquisitions Training." These classes were developed to teach the skills necessary for new agents as well as experienced right of way agents and land title agents to serve the various oil and gas companies working in the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale and Barnett Shale plays.
There is a need for trained Right of Way Agents and Title Agents to assist with acquiring right of way for pipelines to carry natural gas and crude oil from individual well sites to existing pipeline infrastructure located in several Texas counties. It is anticipated the development of the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale and Barnett Shale plays will continue for the next twenty years.
With the increased need for alternative energy, right of way would be the next opportunity for a career in the Oil & Gas Shale Plays. According to local professionals, right of way agents and title agents working in the Energy Industry typically earn between $45,000 and $90,000 annually depending upon experience and personal initiative.

The Right of Way class will provide training in the areas of Pipeline Right of Way Easement Acquisitions, Land Owner Negotiations, Real Estate Evaluation, Plats & Engineering, Route Selections and Pipeline Construction. The Land Title class will provide training in the areas of Title Examination, Deed Records & Plats, Tax Office Research, Document Preparation, Title Curative & Right of Way Easements.
Students who successfully complete the Training Program will receive a Certificate of Completion and are welcome to submit resumes to ARWA, which in turn will submit to TRWA's clients in the oil & gas Industry.
