Systemation CEO Wins ISA Outstanding Contribution Award
Systemation CEO, Ben Snyder is awarded Outstanding Contribution Award at the Annual Business Retreat of ISA – The Association of Learning Providers.
Centennial, CO, May 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Systemation, a results-driven training and consulting company that optimizes the project-based performance of individuals, teams and organizations, today announced that CEO, Ben Synder received ISA’s Outstanding Contribution Award.
The award was presented at ISA – The Association of Learning Providers’ Annual Business Retreat Awards Dinner, held in Scottsdale, AZ, on March 22. The designation acknowledges an individual who has gone “above and beyond” through consistent, exceptional work on ISA-related activities.
“Ben stepped up to assume a leadership position shortly after enrolling his firm as an ISA member, and he’s been fully engaged ever since,” says James Chisholm, Co-Founder and Principal of ExperiencePoint and Chair of the Awards Committee. “In his current roles as Chair of both the Annual Business Retreat and the annual Financial Benchmarking Study, he’s brought new thinking that has inspired committee members to raise the bar through thoughtful experimentation.”
Snyder joined the ISA Board of Directors in 2008. As Treasurer he has contributed pro bono resources of his firm and his own critical eye to help the Board navigate through one of the most challenging times in the association’s 33-year history. According to Chisholm, Snyder has consistently taken on greater levels of responsibilities and involvement, prodding the Board to consider new ideas and approaches, and extending himself to help members as they explore business issues.
“Without question, Ben has gone above and beyond the requirements of the ‘job,’” says Pamela Schmidt, Executive Director of ISA. “He has a way of challenging the status quo without confrontation or criticism, and he sticks around to implement the ideas that come out of the discussions. He’s a committed leader and problem solver who’s also willing to roll up his sleeves to make things happen.”
